Shipping and Return policy

Azaleri ships worldwide.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email along with the tracking details once your order is dispatched. Our order packing hours are Monday to Friday (9am-4pm CET). Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next working day. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization, stock availability, customs clearance processes, faulty delivery information or any other unforeseen activities. Please note that the following delivery charges include import costs but do not include import duties that may be due when packages reach the country of destination.

Return policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are able to return the purchased products within 14 days of receiving the order. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in an unworn and resellable condition, with its original tags and packaging.  

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs. We recommend a traceable delivery method, as we are not responsible for the loss of returned packages. We will provide you with the address to which your returns should be sent.

Refund

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returns. If your returns have been approved, your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment, excluded of shipping cost. Please keep in mind that it may take 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. 

Defective products

As all of our products are handmade by humans, we sometimes make mistakes. Our products go through tight quality control, but if there has been something that we missed, you have the right to enter a claim. Please contact ciao@azaleri.com as soon as you discover the defect and send along photos to speed up the process. If we are unable to repair eventual damages or replace the product then we will refund you in full.  When we have received the product and approved the claim, you will be informed and sent a new product along with compensation for the return-shipping costs.
