The fit of our Shoes varies depending on the model. All our shoes are produced in full sizes and have a embracing fit that adapts to the shape of your feet over time. If you are unsure about which size to buy and want to refer to sports shoes (Nike, Adidas etc.) that generally fit larger, we recommend that you buy half size smaller on the Certosa and the sneakers Canareggio. On the other hand we advise you to opt for a half size up for the models Saline, Torcello and Vignole.

We have a 14-day return policy. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item, as long as it is in the same condition in which you received it, with tags and in its original packaging. click here

Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next working day. We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 business days. We offer free shipping only within the Italian territory.  We use two shipping methods.
• Standard delivery: 2-3 working days in Italy, 3-5 working days in Europe.
• Express delivery: Next working day in Italy, 1-2 working days in Europe.

Once we have inspected the item you returned we will let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-10 working days for your bank to send the refund to your account.

Azaleri produces entirely in Italy with raw materials from Italy, where possible. Specifically, our Friulane workshops are located in Friuli Venezia Giulia and our sneakers ones are located in Marche.
